Muzzleloader Season

  • Early Muzzleloader: September 15–28, 2025

Firearm Season

  • Pre-Rut Whitetail Antlerless (Firearm): October 11–13, 2025
  • Extended Pre-Rut Antlerless (Unit 12 Only): October 14–19, 2025
  • Regular Firearm: December 3–14, 2025

Youth & Disability Season

  • September 6–13, 2025 (check KDWP for exact 2025 dates)

  • Youth and Disability Season: September 5–13, 2026
  • Early Muzzleloader: September 14–27, 2026
  • Archery: September 14 – December 31, 2026
  • Pre-Rut Firearm Antlerless: October 10–12, 2026
  • Extended Pre-Rut Antlerless (Unit 12 Only): October 13–18, 2026
  • Regular Firearm: December 2–13, 2026

Kansas Turkey Hunting Seasons 2025-2026

Fall Turkey Season

  • October 1, 2025 – January 31, 2026

Spring Turkey Season 2026

  • Youth/Disabled: April 1–14, 2026
  • Archery Only: April 6–14, 2026
  • Regular Season (Firearm/Archery): April 15 – May 31, 2026
  • Bag limit: One turkey with a visible beard per permit (no additional game tags in 2026)
