Archery Season

  • October 1 – November 14, 2025
  • December 1 – January 1, 2026

Youth Firearm Hunt

  • September 20–21, 2025 (Lower Peninsula); September 13–14, 2025 (Upper Peninsula)

Early Antlerless Firearm (Lower Peninsula)

  • October 1–5, 2025 (designated counties only; antlerless license required)

Regular Firearm Season

  • November 15 – November 30, 2025 (all zones)

Antlerless Firearm (Late)

  • December 1–31, 2025 (Lower Peninsula, antlerless license required)

Muzzleloader Season

  • December 5–21, 2025 (Lower Peninsula)
  • December 5–31, 2025 (Upper Peninsula)

Michigan Turkey Hunting Seasons 2025-2026

Fall Turkey (Archery)

  • September 15 – November 14, 2025 (Lower Peninsula)
  • September 15 – November 30, 2025 (Upper Peninsula)

Fall Turkey (Firearms)

  • October 1–31, 2025 (shotgun; designated counties)

Spring Turkey – Youth

  • April 18–19, 2026

Spring Turkey – Regular

  • April 22 – May 31, 2026

Archery Season

  • Archery: October 1 – November 14, 2025 and December 1, 2025 – January 1, 2026
  • Extended Archery (select counties including Oakland, Huron, St. Clair): October 1, 2025 – January 31, 2026

Firearm (Rifle) Season

  • Regular Firearm: November 15 – 30, 2025

Muzzleloader Season

  • Muzzleloader (Zones 1–3): December 5 – 14, 2025

Late Antlerless Firearm Season

  • Late Antlerless Firearm: December 15, 2025 – January 1, 2026
  • Extended Late Antlerless Firearm (select counties): January 2 – 11, 2026

Michigan Turkey Hunting Seasons 2025-2026

Fall Turkey 2025

  • Fall Archery Turkey: September 1 – October 15, 2025 (statewide, archery only for fall)

Spring Turkey 2026

  • Spring Turkey (Zones 1–4): April 4 – May 12, 2026

Note: Michigan deer regulations vary by zone, and some late antlerless seasons have expanded county coverage. Always verify your zone’s regulations with the Michigan DNR before heading afield.
