Archery Season

  • Part 1: September 5 – October 15, 2025 (41 days)
  • Part 2: October 19 – November 28, 2025 (certain counties)
  • Part 3: December 15 – December 19, 2025 (5 days)
  • Part 4: January 4 – January 8, 2026 (certain counties)
  • Part 5: January 9 – January 11, 2026 (Region A only)
  • Part 6: January 12 – January 31, 2026
  • Primitive Deer Hunt Days: February 2 – February 4, 2026 (vertical longbow/recurve only)

Muzzleloader Season

  • Early Season: October 16 – October 18, 2025 (3 days)
  • Late Season: December 20, 2025 – January 3, 2026 (15 days)
  • Primitive Deer Hunt Days: February 2 – February 4, 2026

Firearm Season

  • Regular Firearm: November 29 – December 13, 2025 (15 days)
  • Region B Extra Days: January 9 – January 11, 2026

Junior Deer Hunt Days

  • November 15, 2025 (statewide)
  • November 16, 2025 (select counties, Sunday)

Maryland Turkey Hunting Seasons 2025-2026

Fall Turkey Season

  • Fall Season: October 2025 (specific counties only – check DNR for county-by-county dates)
  • Season bag limit: one turkey of either sex (combined fall/winter)
  • Shooting hours: one-half hour before sunrise to one-half hour after sunset

Spring Turkey Season 2026

  • Junior Hunt: April 11 – April 12, 2026
  • Regular Season: April 18 – May 23, 2026
  • Daily bag limit: one bearded turkey; season bag limit: two bearded turkeys
  • Shooting hours (April 18 – May 9): one-half hour before sunrise to noon
  • Shooting hours (May 10 – May 23): one-half hour before sunrise to sunset
